Working and shipping days are classed as Monday to Friday (not including UK Public or Bank holidays)

Key information:

All parcels must be signed for as proof of delivery, however if you are unavailable, re-delivery can be arranged via the carrier. 

Next day delivery cut off 13:00 (GMT).

Orders placed before 13:00 (GMT) will usually be dispatched the same day.

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected on the site’s checkout page. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.
